Responsibilities
As a Business Account Manager, you will play an active role in driving business efficiency, digital adoption, and innovation across the organization. This is a hands-on role designed to build strong managerial and analytical capabilities through real-world exposure.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with network partners, business partners, and customers to support the effective implementation of organizational offerings and ensure a seamless experience. - Business Operations Support:
Assist in executing day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze business data using advanced MS Excel functionalities to generate actionable insights and support decision-making. - Presentation & Communication:
Create impactful business presentations, reports, and infographics using MS PowerPoint to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. - Business Development Support:
Contribute to the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and documentation for potential clients and partnerships. - Project Coordination:
Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking using tools such as MS Project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to milestones. - Process Improvement:
Design, document, and optimize business workflows and process flows using analytical tools to improve operational efficiency. - Dashboarding & Visualization:
Develop basic dashboards and visual reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Google Data Studio) to monitor performance metrics. - Professional Communication:
Engage in structured and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders using tools like MS Outlook. - AI & Digital Tools Utilization:
Leverage AI-based tools for business research, analysis, and reporting while adhering to ethical and organizational guidelines. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with diverse teams, demonstrating adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
Requisite Skills / Technology
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and high learnability
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and MS PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, dashboards, and BI tools (Power BI / Google Data Studio / Tableau)
- Familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
- Exposure to AI tools and understanding of ethical AI usage
- Basic understanding of business processes and digital transformation
- Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualification/s
MBA (or equivalent postgraduate degree in Management / IT / Systems)
Selection Process
Stage I – AI Skills Assessment
Candidates will undergo an AI Skills Assessment to evaluate their proficiency in using AI tools for business analysis, research, reporting, presentation preparation, and problem-solving.

Qualifying Criteria
- Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in each assignment.
- Only candidates meeting the minimum qualifying criteria in all assignments will be considered for the next stage of the selection process.
Stage II – Personal Interview
Relevant Experience
5–6 years of post-qualification experience in implementing University Management ERP systems, preferably within public universities, including hands-on involvement in deployment, customization, user training, and support.
Level in MKCL Pay Matrix
- Level 1
- The specific Step in the Pay Level 1 for the selected candidate/s will be decided based on his/her post qualification relevant experience.
Compensation Package - Cost To Company (CTC)
Range: Approx. Rs.9 Lacs to Rs.10 Lacs per annum (Exact CTC for the selected candidate shall be computed based on his/her post qualification relevant experience).
